Josh Barber is the CIO and Co-Founder of AdvisorLaw. He leads the M&A division, guiding financial advisors, RIAs, and wealth management firms through complex transactions, succession planning, and transitions.

With over two decades of industry experience, he specializes in maximizing enterprise value, negotiating contracts, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Josh is dedicated to protecting advisors’ interests and delivering successful outcomes in high-stakes negotiations.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
